How can I change my password?

To change your password, go to "Change My Password" in our Account Information menu.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

You can click on "Login" in our menu and then click on "Forgot My Password" to enter your email address. You can then reset your password through the password reset link and change your password.

Can I rent a yacht without registering?

You cannot rent a yacht/boat without registering. If you experience any issues during the reservation process, you can call our call center or get information from our WhatsApp support line.
