Can you briefly explain the reservation process?
First, you need to log in as a member to Kolayyat. After that, you can select the yacht you wish to rent, enter the suitable date/time and other details (food and service conditions, tour duration, number of passengers), and you will be directed to the payment information. \n\nOnce you securely enter your payment information, your reservation will be made. Before your tour, our yacht captain will contact you. \n\nIf you have any questions during the reservation process, you can get information from our call center or WhatsApp support line. Can I bring more people than the number specified in my reservation?
Since preparations are made according to the number of people in the reservation, this situation can create problems for both you and the yacht owner. If there is a necessary increase in the number of people, you can get information by contacting our call center and discussing with the yacht owner. However, it should be noted that you will receive services based on the number of people specified in the reservation, and we do not guarantee acceptance if the number of people increases.
Can the yacht owner cancel my reservation?
The yacht owner cannot cancel the reservation unless weather conditions prevent sailing, there is no malfunction in the yacht’s engine, and there is no general prohibition in the country.
