I can’t make it to the rented yacht, how can I cancel?
Depending on your reservation date, if you have a free cancellation option, you can get your deposit back. If there is no free cancellation option, it is important to contact the yacht owner to inform them of the situation.
When will the yacht owner contact me?
After your reservation and payment processes are successfully completed, the yacht owner's contact information will be provided to you. If needed, you can contact them immediately. The yacht owner will also reach out to you before your tour time.
Can I place a food order after the reservation?
We recommend that you clarify all your processes at the time of reservation. However, if you wish to place a food order after the reservation, you need to contact the yacht owner. This matter is the responsibility of the yacht owner.
